The story begins with a father and his stepson, both fascinated by a fermented drink made from barley and hops.

One fine New Year's Day 2006, a man arrives in a yellow car and deposits a small box containing all the essential ingredients to “brew” a few liters of this beverage.

The man with the yellow car appears more and more often, depositing increasingly larger boxes… The new passion of this father and his stepson being contagious, companions join them and quickly the small team of brewers creates its own recipes. Sometimes excellent, sometimes rather… “special”, the beers improve with each brew.

In the year 2008, the making of a new brewing kettle made it possible to increase production and introduce it to a wider audience during wedding ceremonies and other events. Little by little, the idea of ​​developing the brewery grew.

From the summer of 2012, the father and stepson devote two days a week to the brewery.

Long months of various works were necessary to create and equip the premises. The authorizations of the various cantonal and federal services were obtained at the end of 2013. In that same year, the stepson became a father and the father, a grandfather…

The Brasserie du Père Porret is officially open at the beginning of the 2014 year of grace.

Today, they have discovered a new passion: that of observing the smile of those who taste their drink.

High fermentation, unfiltered craft beer. The natural deposit of yeast guarantees the flavor and preservation of your beer.

Generous blonde beer combining finesse and character.

Refreshing white wheat beer with a floral and fruity flavor.

THE AMBRAYE

Amber beer characterized by its elegant color and delicate balance.

5.9% vol.

 

TSALIND

Brown winter beer enhanced with a subtle bouquet of Christmas spices.

6.1% vol.
