Lover of local products, already during his studies Raoul made various artisanal products, including beer that he made in his kitchen and sold to his acquaintances. It is therefore quite naturally that he comes to share his passion around him and thus founded in 2006 with Florien and Guy the Brasserie du Jorat which will allow him to devote himself 100% to his passion.
The adventure is then started. Raoul realizes with the help of his associates, the very first brew on March 17, 2006 in the premises of the former dairy of Vuillens, it is a white beer called then “Blanche du Jorat”.

BRASSERIE DES FANCHES MONTAGNES / SAIGNELÉGIER, JURA
During his engineering studies in oenology, Jérôme Rebetez concocts his first beers in the parental kitchen. Enthused by his creations, he decides to present them to the "Swiss homebrewing Trophy" competition. The judges are won over and award him the first prize.
In addition to this, you need to know more about it.
At 23 years old, adorned with an oenologist diploma, Jérôme Rebetez aspires to the creation of a brewery in the very heart of the country which is dear to him, the Franches-Montagnes, in the Swiss Jura. Penniless but overflowing with passion, he got down to the creation of atypical beers and won the prize in a television competition "The dream of your 20 years". The sum awarded to the winner allows him to found in June 1997, the Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes. He is therefore positioned as one of the pioneers of the Swiss craft brewery and, like his temperament, makes beers with a strong character, revealing a lot of body, complexity and finesse.
Jérôme Rebetez strives to produce the best: the raw materials are chosen with care and he favors the quality of the ingredients, always original and difficult to integrate, such as Sarawak peppers, sage and other spices. The know-how of the young brewer quickly positioned him as the craftsman of rich beers with complex bouquets, enjoying remarkable body and length in the mouth. His constant quest for the subtlety of aromas and his experiences in oenology push Jérôme Rebetez to concoct products comparable to the best wines.
In addition to this, you need to know more about it.
The Jura brewer generates singularly original cuvées, always in limited quantities, hand-sewn, as he says. L'Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien, a BFM beer aged 12 months in oak barrels has just been recognized by the prestigious New York Times as "one of the best beers in the world."
Over the years the world of gastronomy has been enriched by the products of the Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes. More than one restaurant owner now has a BFM beer in his basic products to prepare meats, pâtés or desserts.
In the future, there is no doubt that the taster will give his finest verbs to the Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes cuvées.

NITON / GENEVE BEERS, GENEVA
It is since an excess of prehistory, in 2015, that the brewery, the late SDF, officiates in the name and spirit of Niton: this Lake Geneva rock, already an altar for ancestral cults and, in the meantime, an erratic topographical landmark.
Also, since taking a stable seat in 2017, the Niton brewery responds with a little more wisdom to its few Druidic axioms: to satisfy local thirsts, to fulfill distant curiosities, to sacrifice to the principle of respectful and progressive doing.
And if the ancient gods of Lake Geneva do not fall on our heads beforehand, our journey to the heart of the gaseous planet, like the name and the improbable location of the stone, will remain under the influence of Neiton: the devil of the former Vaudois.

Like an inexhaustible source, Doctor Gab's beer springs from a strong friendship. In January 2001, the first beginnings of fermentation aroused the curiosity and motivation of the three friends. The adventure has continued ever since, gaining in quality and professionalism from year to year.
Established since 2018 in Puidoux (VD), the brewery now employs around twenty employees driven by a common passion: to offer you beers of character with body and soul.
They select their raw materials with great care. The malts and hops are of the highest quality, and the bottles, made from recycled and reusable glass, are the only bottles of Swiss beer to be produced in Switzerland, in St-Prex (VD).

PÈRE PORRET / FRESENS BRASSERIE, NEUCHÂTEL
The story begins with a father and his stepson, both fascinated by a fermented drink made from barley and hops.
One fine New Year's Day 2006, a man arrives in a yellow car and deposits a small box containing all the essential ingredients to “brew” a few liters of this beverage.
The man with the yellow car appears more and more often, depositing increasingly larger boxes… The new passion of this father and his stepson being contagious, companions join them and quickly the small team of brewers creates its own recipes. Sometimes excellent, sometimes rather… “special”, the beers improve with each brew.
In addition to this, you need to know more about it.
In the year 2008, the making of a new brewing kettle made it possible to increase production and introduce it to a wider audience during wedding ceremonies and other events. Little by little, the idea of developing the brewery grew.
From the summer of 2012, the father and son-in-law devote two days a week to the brewery.
Long months of various works were necessary to create and equip the premises. The authorizations of the various cantonal and federal services were obtained at the end of 2013. In that same year, the stepson became a father and the father became a grandfather ...
The Brasserie du Père Porret is officially open at the beginning of the year of grace 2014.
Today, they have discovered a new passion: that of observing the smiles of those who taste their drink.
