No 12 - Blonde

Blond, golden and floral tasting beer.
 Our number twelve is a low fermentation beer, not refermented in the bottle. After keeping for several weeks, it is bottled without filtration or pasteurization.
 Tasting
 Balanced between cereals, bitterness and alcohol, with few residual sugars, this is a pleasant beer to drink. Savor it for pleasure, as an accompaniment to spicy dishes, chicken with candied lemons or even parsley cheese.

 Brewery:
 The family brewery is located in Champagne in the Nord Vaudois. After a few years of amateur brewing, they embarked on the craft beer adventure in 2015 and commissioned their current facility in 2018.
 Their first recipes include a low fermentation blond beer well balanced between grain and bitterness, as well as a soft and fruity amber top fermentation beer. Other recipes under development will soon diversify the current range.
