LA CHALLENSOISE IS THE ASSOCIATION OF THREE “GOOD TYPES” OF GROS-DE-VAUD

Located in the industrial area of Echallens, the brewery is located in the adjoining premises of the Cellier. Our facilities allow the production of around 40,000 liters per year
Daniel Muralti is a product labeled 100% Gros-de-Vaud. As a true Challensois, he never dared to emigrate outside of the district capital.
Trained as an automation technician, his first brewing experience dates back to 2000 with a kit offered by friends for his 20th birthday.
It is since 2012 that brews have become regular and have been perfected. Indeed, following the fruitful experiences of the 25L in the small kitchen, larger brews (100L) and also public brews (weddings, Town Hall, Cellar) allowed the inhabitants of Gros-de-Vaud to discover Daniel's hoppy talents. .
At the end of 2015, he discussed his dreams as a brewer at Le Cellier where, two pairs of attentive ears, offered him to join forces and create the Gros-de-Vaud brasserie.
Today, Daniel is the proud manager of La Challensoise with which he hopes to share and make his malt creations prosper.
