BRASSERIE BIERES DU NITON / GENEVE, GENEVA

It is since an excess of prehistory, in 2015, that the brewery, the late SDF, officiates in the name and spirit of Niton: this Lake Geneva rock, already an altar for ancestral cults and, in the meantime, an erratic topographical landmark.

Also, since taking a stable seat in 2017, the Niton brewery responds with a little more wisdom to its few Druidic axioms: to satisfy local thirsts, to fulfill distant curiosities, to sacrifice to the principle of respectful and progressive doing.

And if the ancient gods of Lake Geneva do not fall on our heads beforehand, our journey to the heart of the gaseous planet, like the name and the improbable location of the stone, will remain under the influence of Neiton: the devil of the former Vaudois.
