BADFISH COMPANY / ST-PREX, VAUD

In November 2016 Grégoire and Cédric founded the “BadFish Brewery SNC” micro-brewery. Valérie joined the adventure at the end of 2017. In December 2018, with the arrival of Olivier in the team, they transformed “BadFish Brewery SNC” into “BadFish Brewing Company SA”.

 

The operation begins on the Newfoundland wine estate in St-Prex where they quickly run out of space and decide to take a room in St-Prex. During the year 2018, entangled in administrative procedures, they went to Gipsy Brewer. They were thus able to brew their recipes at the HUB de la Nébuleuse in Renens.
