This is the penultimate beer on our calendar. We have selected a champagne-like beer to celebrate this date and prepare you for the one you will discover behind Door 24.

Dry dry dry! Very dry! Brewed with barley malt, flaked corn and rice, this beer resembles a champagne met with an India Pale Ale. Little bitterness but a lot of hop aroma reminiscent of gooseberry, grape, blackcurrant, grapefruit and elderflower.

 

ABV: 7.1%
